Terms of Service
Hey there!Here’s the lowdown on my commission terms and how the artwork should be used. If we agreed on something specific in our initial chat, just stick with that, alright? These terms are here to keep things smooth for both of us. By accepting the commission, you’re confirming you’re cool with everything here.Let’s get to it:
Prices may change based on demand.
Payments can be made 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved.
Extra fees may apply if you request changes to the final piece, unless it’s my mistake.
Once the artwork is approved, cancellations aren’t accepted.
Completion time can range from 1 week to 1 month, depending on factors like health, complexity, other work, and demand.
You’re allowed up to 5 free changes during the sketch phase. After that, hourly fees apply based on the requested changes.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I won’t claim the intellectual property (IP) of the artwork; your characters are yours!
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and in publications like art books.
Payment is accepted through PayPal only.
Once the commission is accepted, no cancellations or refunds.
Commercial Use: If you’d like to use the artwork commercially, there’s an additional 100% fee of the artwork’s value, or as previously agreed.
